Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT commonly referred to as 'tapping' is a somatic based healing technique that utilises a mixture of modern neuroscience and ancient chineses acupuncture.   


It is a simple yet profoundly effective technique of activating the parasympathetic nervous system, relaxing our bodies into homeostasis (the bodies optimal functioning state) creating safe, calm conditions to resolve a range of issues.


EFT has been empirically demonstrated to help individuals of all ages, relieve stress, anxiety, PTSD, addictions, cravings and physical pain.  As well as improve sleep, improve brain functionality and help foster a greater sense of wellbeing and physical health.

Meet Claire Deacon

Claire Deacon is the founder of The Deacon Institute and a EFT International certified practitioner.


Claire holds a BA in Business Economics and Diploma in Epigenetics, further postgraduate training has included mind-body medicine and brain/heart coherence in order to understand the many correlations between a healthy mind body and spirit.
