Six days of utter nourishment on the beautiful island of Ibiza where you will reconnect to your soul, heal self-sabotaging pattern and behaviours, nurture your body and create a concrete practice to bring back to your everyday life so you can fly.

What to expect:

​A place to stop, to be looked after, to be nourished, fed, held, understood. Expect to feel safe and cared for whilst you explore patterns that hold you back which you can’t seem to break. Expect to gently and lovingly inquire about yourself and to understand yourself in a way you never have before. And expect to do this in nature, with organic food, kind souls and lots and lots of love.

Is this retreat for you?

If you’ve ever been called, or called yourself a classic A-Type, a high achiever, a perfectionist, or let’s be honest a ‘bit’ controlling then this six day retreat is curated for you. If you constantly find there is too much to do or you feel like you are failing, or perhaps you have reached a staged where you are tired, guilty or overwhelmed, let us look after you.

If you are running on the treadmill and have no idea how to get off how to make a change – forget a classic yoga retreat, this is the one for you.

Our Villa

Surrounded by nature the villa offers a truly Ibizan experience. With lemon groves and the vivid red lands of the Ibizan countryside and distant views to the sea, this spacious private home offers the perfect opportunity to relax within a deeply peaceful environment.

What's Included in the Retreat

  • Organic shampoo and conditioner

  • Unlimited (herbal) teas and mineral water

  • Use of our yoga equipment (mats, blocks, straps, blankets, meditation bolsters)

  • Delicious, vibrant and health-giving food is something we and the villa are passionate about and their highly experienced chefs never fail to deliver the most exceptional taste sensations. The food offerings are always plant-based, organic and either grown in their very own gardens or sourced from local farms whenever possible.

Not included:

  • Flight, transfers and / or local travel to the retreat site.

An Example Day Looks Like...

Morning:

  • Morning Routine - Helping you create a daily practice to connect to your soul.

  • Move Your Body - This will be different everyday and is designed to get you feeling high!

  • Breakfast

  • Two hour workshop. Let's get to work - understanding your mind.

Afternoon:

  • Free time to enjoy the location: you can swim, reflect, sunbath, chat, play games, read a book, or enjoy a massage

  • Two hour self development workshop 

  • Dinner - This is a time to reflect on the day, nourish your body, laugh and create relationships with your fellow retreaters. 

  • After dinner - Storytelling round a fire, movie night or learning a new skill like breathwork with some of our fabulous local  experts
